2 annual Zombie Walk

Over 300 in attandance participated in zombie walk and zombie prom with bands such as Vermont Joy Parade, Deviant Loners, Long Cat, and Bike to the future.

Chalk-a-Thon o-10

Saturday, August 29th at Cheechako Taco
All members of the community were given the opportunity to make Margaret St. sidewalk technocolor.  All drawings were food related and the best drawings were given free food at Cheechako Taco.
The featured artist was Liz Allen

Cupcake Showdown II
Saturday, May 29th at the Great ADK Soup Company
Community members baked cupcakes to compete in 6 different categories.  Non-baking individuals were allowed to judge the cupcakes to decide what cupcake was the best in Plattsburgh.  All money raised was donated to the Plattsburgh Roller Derby.
Music was provided by Katie Booth

Rock for Haiti
Friday, March 5th at Coffee Camp
Saturday, March 6th at the North Country Co-Op
Participants were able to see great local musicians Eat.Sleep. Funk., Adrian Aardvark, Precious Fluids, Ginge and the Giants, and the Choking Beaver Project played and raised over 550 dollars for Partners in Health.
The North Country Co-Op show featured an art sale where artists from SUNY Plattsburgh and the wider community had a chance to show their work.

Rich Green also cooked a wonderful dinner for the attendees.

DIY Workshops: Saturday, January 23rd at the North Country Co-Op
Participants were given the opportunity to learn four new crafts through out the night.  Rich Green taught Green Cooking, Liz Allen taught Urban Art, Joey Todd taught Guitar Session, and Leticia Wallace taught Knitty Gritty.

Acoustic Punk Night: Saturday, December 19th at Coffee Camp
Participants were asked to come and listen to some really great music by Joey Todd, Trunks and Tales, Ship Wrecks, and For the Kid in the Back.

Zombie Walk:  Saturday, October 24th Meeting at the Samuel de Champlain Monument.
Participants were asked to dress up as amazingly wonderful zombies and lurk around the streets of Plattsburgh.

Cupcake Showdown:
Saturday, March 28th at the Great Adirondack Soup Company.

Participants were asked to bring a dozen cupcakes to compete for the title of best of the showdown.

Recipe Slam: Saturday, January 30th at the North Country Co-Op
Participants were asked to bring their favorite dish to share along with its recipe.  Live music was played throughout the night.
